- Custom Wheels: Custom orders are built to your specifications and typically ship within 8-12 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary depending on your location, order size, and selected delivery method. The final cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that additional fees (such as taxes, duties, and import fees) are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Process
- We partner with reputable carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery to most countries worldwide. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
- Customs Clearance: Your package may require additional processing time due to customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing but will assist if necessary.

Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty is provided by MP Wheels and applies to all aftermarket magnesium wheels purchased directly through our website or authorized dealers. This warranty ensures the product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
2. Warranty Coverage Period
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase by the end user. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty claim.
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Cracks or breaks resulting from material failure or manufacturing defects.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation, mounting, or balancing.
- Use of the product outside intended applications.
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or impacts (e.g., curbing, potholes).
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than authorized technicians.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
- This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product at our discretion. In cases where the wheel is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or lesser value.
- Under no circumstances shall MP Wheels be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, or loss of vehicle use.

- Standard Wheels: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for off-the-shelf wheels. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom Wheels: Due to the unique specifications of custom orders, custom wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our Customer Service team at info@mp-wheels.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the wheels back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition, free of any signs of mounting or wear, and returned in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

5. Exchanges
